Do I need to move my Highlevel account to your agency?

No. -- While we do offer special discounts to clients under our own agency, our CRM management services are available to any HighLevel user, regardless of their current provider.

Can I move my account from another agency to HARBORR?

Possibly. -- Account transfers must be initiated by your current agency. While we welcome transfers and never restrict accounts from transferring out, many agencies do have different policies. Contact us to discuss your situation, and we'll help guide you through the process.

What if I'm not currently using HighLevel?

Can you help migrate my data from another CRM?

Definitely. -- If you're transferring an account in from another HighLevel agency or CRM, your first 2-3 weeks of service will likely revolve heavily around the migration process. Much of this work is manual when transferring in from an entirely different CRM -- OR if we need to rebuild your account from scratch (due to another agency refusing your transfer request).

Can you work with our existing workflows and automations?

Yes. We can audit and optimize your existing setup, or build new processes from scratch. Note that if your account is under another agency, some modifications may be restricted.

What's included in the monthly management hours?

Any tasks within the HighLevel platform - from complex pipeline setups and integration builds, to simple newsletter sends and automation tweaks. You decide how to use your service hours.

How do the strategy sessions work?

These sessions focus on aligning your business goals with CRM capabilities. Whether you have specific needs or need guidance on where to start, we'll create a clear roadmap for your CRM success.

How quickly can you respond to urgent requests?

Typical response time is 24-48 hours. Agency clients with our Concierge Plan also have access to 24/7 software support, through our third-party support provider.

What happens if I need more than my allocated hours?

We'll notify you before reaching your limit, and pause work on your account until you decide to either wait for next month's hours, or approve additional service hours at our standard rate of $125/hour.

What's the minimum commitment period?

We don't require long-term contracts. -- After your first month of service, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime within 10 days of your next billing cycle. Just send an email to [email protected] to request modifications.

Can I pause my subscription during slow periods?

Yes! -- You can pause your CRM management subscription for up to 3 months, while maintaining your current rate. After 3 months, you'll need to resubscribe at the most current price.

Do you provide training for our team?

Absolutely. You can use your monthly hours for team training, or schedule additional training sessions at our standard rate of $125/hour.

What types of integrations can you help with?

We specialize in Zapier integrations, which can connect your CRM with thousands of other platforms. While we'll build and manage the integrations, you'll need an active Zapier subscription (billed separately). Third-party services are subject to their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or functionality.
